Finance Head

The  Finance Head will lead the financial strategy and governance of Mobolutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen who can oversee accounting operations, financial planning, statutory compliance, and business profitability while partnering with leadership to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Management

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  
• Drive long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and leadership team based on financial analysis and projections.
  

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights for business performance improvement.
  
• Support pricing strategies, investment decisions, and new business models.
  

Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee accounting, audit, tax, and statutory compliance functions.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with Indian GAAP and applicable regulations.
  
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements effectively.
  
• Oversee vendor payments, receivables, and expense controls.
  
• Optimize capital structure and banking relationships.
  

Business Partnering & Operational Efficiency

• Collaborate with delivery, sales, and HR teams to align financial performance with organizational goals.
  
• Establish systems and controls to improve financial discipline and cost optimization.
  
• Support business units in bid pricing, project profitability, and cost management.
  

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure excellence and accountability.
  
• Drive process automation and adoption of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, etc.).

• Strong understanding of corporate finance, FP&A, and compliance frameworks.
  
• Strategic mindset with attention to operational details.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Proficiency in ERP/financial systems (SAP preferred).
  
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  

Qualifications

• Education:  Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance (preferred CA).
  
• Experience:  Minimum 15+ years in Finance with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in IT/Consulting/SaaS environments.
  
• Preferred Exposure:  Global accounting standards, US GAAP/IFRS, and handling multi-entity or international financial operations.
