Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). Knowledge of programming for Turn mill/VTL will be an added advantage Modify and optimize existing programs to improve efficiency and quality. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Oversee Set up and operation of VMC machinery for initial production runs. Oversee trial runs and adjust programs as needed. Job Description: Ensure product, process, and documentation compliance with AS9100D (including ISO 9001), customer specifications, and contractual requirements. Plan and involve in incoming, in-process, and final inspection, ensuring traceability, NCR control, and data discipline. Oversee FAI (AS9102), PFMEA, PFD, Control Plan, process validation, and release readiness. Drive metrology integrity, calibration control, GR&R, and inspection capability improvements. Own operation of QMS and ensure alignment with AS9100 (and applicable standards, customer and regulatory requirements), leadership intent, ERP workflows, and business processes. Maintain documented information: QSPs, SOPs, records, templates, and revision discipline. Coordinate internal audits, CAPA effectiveness, risk management, and process reviews. Ensure readiness for customer audits, surveillance audits, and external assessments. Ensure QMS compliance, reporting directly to the CQEO and CEO on system performance, risks, and improvement priorities. Facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRMs), ensuring data-driven inputs and timely closure of actions. Ensure cross-functional alignment to QMS processes. Promote a culture of quality, ownership, and process discipline across the organization. Ensure OurSys (ERP) is used as the single source of truth for records, approvals, traceability, and KPIs. Reinforce discipline on shop-floor basics: route cards, PPE, documentation, 5S, and visual management. Drive continuous improvement, problem-solving (RCCA, 5-Whys, 7 QC Tools, 8D, DMAIC, etc), and data-driven decision making.
