Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). Knowledge of programming for Turn mill/VTL will be an added advantage
Modify and optimize existing programs to improve efficiency and quality.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Oversee Set up and operation of VMC machinery for initial production runs.
Oversee trial runs and adjust programs as needed.
Ensure all programs comply with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
Maintain documentation for all programs and operational steps.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (in case of Diploma holders with higher experence)

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a focus on VMC on MasterCAM (VTL/ Turn Mill programming preferred)
Deep understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
