Job Description

Responsibilities

Functional Expertise

Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
Oversee end-to-end finance operations including accounting, compliance, taxation, payroll, and audits.
Develop and implement financial strategies, annual budgets, forecasts, and MIS reporting.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability while ensuring cost optimization.
Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and external stakeholders.
Provide financial insights to leadership for decision-making and business growth strategies.
Build and implement internal financial controls, processes, and best practices.
Collaborate with leadership on financial planning for international operations and client/vendor transactions.

Qualification & Experience

CA / MBA (Finance).
6-7 years of relevant experience in NBFC or Fintech sector.

Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in end-to-end debt raising.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, ratios, and other key financial metrics.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams to meet business needs.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and pitch core business models to external stakeholders.
