Job Description

Role: Client Servicing Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions and services
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs effectively
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Address client queries, concerns, and feedback with prompt and effective resolutions
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance updates to clients
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and work towards client retention and upselling opportunities
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and conducting review meetings regularly

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Communication background preferred)
  • 14 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling B2B clients will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office tools; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
