Finance Head

Qualification

• CA / CPA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial tools
• Proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Finance management
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Budgeting processes
• Sound understanding of compliance regulations and financial policies
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus
• Prior experience in the media or entertainment industry would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial Reporting
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements
• Prepare and present financial reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage audits, risk assessments, and internal financial controls
• Support business expansion, investments, and strategic initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
• Reconciliation of revenue for group companies
• Reconciliation of Expenditure on monthly basis
• Creditor & Debtors outstanding/advance reconciliation on monthly basis
• Ensure the compliance of GST (GST workings with GSTR1 & GST 3B filing and annual returns) for group companies.
• Finalization of TDS payment and returns.
• Finalization of salary workings.
• Preparation and submission of financial reports on monthly basis.
• Coordinating with internal auditors.
• Coordinating with statutory auditors and company secretary for annual filing.
• Finalization of legal documents, contract and service agreements
• Negotiation and Concluding the deal with documentation for major debtors.
• Advance Tax planning.
• Cash flow management
• Coordination and submission of documents with GST / TDS / IT / PF audits.

• Experience in handling 20+ team members directly.
