Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To ensure the compliance of statutory provisions under economic legislation.
To ensure the completion of financial statement / returns under various statutory provisions. To ensure timely submission of various financial reports to the management.
Responsible to ensure timely collection of various monetary incentives under various government schemes.
Responsible to ensure the submission of various cost analysis reports required by the departments in order to reduce the cost of production.
To ensure proper investment of surplus funds in order to get better returns.
To ensure proper coverage of risks of foreign exchange exposures.
Responsible to ensure proper coverage of risks of the company-movable & immovable assets.

Preferred candidate profile

10 to 15 years of experience in the industry.
Good hands on experience in Financial planning, budgetary control, fund management, fund raising, cash flow, Treasury management.
CA Qualified or CA Inter Qualified is mandatory.
