Merchandiser

Job Summary : The Merchandiser in Textile Spinning plays a key role in the Product & development, planning, Costing and commercialization of new yarn products. This position bridges the gap between market/customer requirements and production capabilities, ensuring innovative, high-quality rotor-spun yarns that meet commercial and technical expectations Key Responsibilities : Product Development Technical Coordination Customer Interface Costing & Feasibility Documentation & Reporting Sourcing for Raw materials Qualifications & Experience : Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Textile Engineering or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Textile spinning, preferably in a product development or merchandising role. Hands-on experience with Yarn development, spinning trials and client interaction. Preferred Knowledge (Good to Have) : Familiarity with sustainability trends and eco-friendly fiber alternatives. Knowledge of ERP Systems for production tracking and documentation Exposure to export markets and international yarn specifications .
