Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting, including general ledger, project costing, and vendor payments.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting specific to construction projects.

• Oversee project-wise cost accounting and variance analysis.

• Handle direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.

• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and financial reviews.

• Review contracts and agreements from a financial and tax perspective.

• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and consultants for loans and funding requirements.

• Provide financial insight to support business planning and strategic decisions.
