Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Lead to build and drive HR systems and practices aligned with our growing 200+ employee solar EPC organization. The candidate will be responsible for streamlining hiring , performance management , compliance , and HRMS implementation , while playing a key role in improving employee experience and HR governance. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage a scalable HRMS for attendance, leaves, payroll, and employee records Lead recruitment lifecycle : JD creation, sourcing, interviews, onboarding, documentation Develop and maintain HR policies – including leave, travel, grievance, POSH, and WFH Establish a KPI-based performance appraisal system across all departments Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, etc. Oversee employee onboarding, induction , and exit formalities with documentation Plan and execute employee engagement activities , training sessions, and feedback programs Maintain HR dashboards and MIS : hiring status, attrition, attendance, compliance, etc. Liaise with Admin, Accounts, and Department Heads to support cross-functional HR needs Drive HR digital transformation and maintain internal culture and discipline Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field Required Skills : 4–5 years of relevant HR experience in mid-sized firms (preferably EPC/infra/manufacturing) Strong command of HRMS tools In-depth understanding of labour laws, payroll compliance , and performance systems Excellent communication, policy drafting, and documentation skills Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets , and report preparation
