Finance Executive

• Maintain Sales and Purchase accounting
• Prepare and maintain Estimates, Sales Orders, Invoices
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Processing payroll and maintaining required compliances
• Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions
• Monitor cash-flow of the organisation by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
• Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities and reporting gaps to the management
• Keep accurate records of all daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual transactions
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities
• Reconcile bank accounts, coordinate and complete annual audits
• Review financial reports/support as necessary
• Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Maintain statutory compliances up to date
  

Requirements

• Bachelors / Masters in commerce with a strong flair for finance and accountong
• 3+ years of accounting and finance experience
• Working experience in Accounting Software, preferably Zoho Books
• Extensive knowledge of Indian Tax and other applicable Laws
• Advanced computer skills in accounting software and databases
• Well-versed with advanced analytic techniques
• Ability to pay thorough attention to details in all areas of engagement
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with SaaS companies preferred
