Investor Service: · Respond to investor inquiries via phone, email or chat or text in a timely and efficient manner · Liaise with internal team like investment team , relationship managers, compliance team for documents and information needed to resolve investor queries. · Resolve investor requests and complaints in a timely manner. · Build and maintain strong relationships and ongoing communication with investors. 2.
