Responsibilities :


Lead Generation & Investor Acquisition

various opportunities & grow base of investors with new investor

acquisition through network, referrals and other sources

Channel Management –

them to refer more investor and derive value for the organization

Conversions and Revenue Generation

contact to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate. Develop and

manage a sales pipeline and tracking progress

Team Leadership

fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Market Research & Analysis

identify new  business opportunities and market trends. Analyze competitors

and industry developments to stay informed about the business landscape

Investor Communications

current and potential investors. Respond to inquiries from investors, prepare

and release various investor communication including periodicals, newsletter

and new opportunity communications. Assist in organizing and conducting

investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences in different geographies

Regulatory Compliance

and  other  legal requirements related to requirements related to

investor communications.  Maintain  accurate records of investors interactions

and communications.

Strategic Guidance -

management on business performance and Investor feedback


Qualification:


· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a

related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred

· 4 + years of experience in business development, sales, investor relations, customer

service, Team Leading, relationship management, or related field.

· Strong sales and business development skills.

· Strong analytical, negotiation and persuasion skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Relationship management and strong networking skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability and willingness to grow with the organization by building long-term brand and business base
