Finance Executive

BeyondSeed Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our Finance and Administrative functions. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment with exposure to core financial and administrative operations across multiple countries. You would get an opportunity to work with the CEO directly. The role is completely remote.

Finance Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial documents, including invoices, expense reports, and financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Assist in the client onboarding process and bank account opening procedures.
• Coordinate follow-ups with service providers, clients, and other third parties.
• Manage CRM systems for BeyondSeed Services Pte. Ltd.
• Provide any other support as required by the company.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
• Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documents ensuring easy accessibility and accuracy.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
