Job Description Position : Sr. Sales Executive Location - Pudur, Medchal Reporting to : Sales and Marketing Manager Department : Sales & Marketing Location : Hyderabad Job Description: · Generate Leads /sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. · Sales by follow up phone calls from existing leads · Understanding the customer requirements and explaining about the products and the amenities in the venture. · To make suitable recommendations based on customer needs · Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns initiate repeat. · Organise Site Visits for the potential clients. · Develop and manage prospective clients / customers interested to invest in the Real Estate. · Continually meeting and exceedingly daily/ monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales · Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs · Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
