Senior Sales Executive

Job Description Position : Sr. Sales Executive Location - Pudur, Medchal Reporting to : Sales and Marketing Manager Department : Sales & Marketing Location : Hyderabad Job Description: · Generate Leads /sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. · Sales by follow up phone calls from existing leads · Understanding the customer requirements and explaining about the products and the amenities in the venture. · To make suitable recommendations based on customer needs · Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns initiate repeat. · Organise Site Visits for the potential clients. · Develop and manage prospective clients / customers interested to invest in the Real Estate. · Continually meeting and exceedingly daily/ monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales · Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs · Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Job Requirements: · Good communication skills. · Closing sales. · Maintaining DSR. · Doing market research. · Also responsible for particular project sales. · Must have proven records of previous sales performance. · Should be open to work in Target driven environment. Required Qualification: Graduate with 3-5 years’ experience as Sales Executives in Core Real Estate Sales background. Strong understanding of open plot sales, property sales, real estate marketing, real estate sales, and residential sales concepts. Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently.
