Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue by converting leads into confirmed bookings and generating new business opportunities. You will identify potential clients, present travel solutions, and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
• Generate new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and online inquiries.
• Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable travel packages and solutions.
• Collaborate with the operations and reservations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Maintain a database of clients and follow up on leads proactively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries efficiently.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Tours & Travel sales or related hospitality sectors.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems or corporate travel processes.
