Position: Teacher & Centre Administrator Location: Endeavor Changannacherry, Kerala About Us Endeavor Changannacherry is a newly established coaching centre specializing in CAT and KMAT preparation. We empower college-level students with rigorous instruction and personalized support to unlock their potential and secure admission to top management programmes. Role Overview We’re seeking a versatile educator who combines strong 10th-standard math teaching skills with hands-on administrative flair. In the initial phase, you’ll split your time between classroom instruction and setting up centre operations—handling enquiries, scheduling student meetings, and representing Endeavor at local college presentations. Key Responsibilities Deliver clear, engaging math lessons at the 10th-standard (CBSE) level, laying a solid foundation for CAT/KMAT concepts. Assist with centre setup: manage daily enquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) and coordinate student appointments. Organize and join on-campus presentations to colleges, building our presence and driving enrolments. Maintain student records, track attendance, and support centre manager. Collaborate with the founding team to refine processes as new staff come on board. What We’re Looking For Proven experience teaching 10th-standard mathematics, ideally within the CBSE curriculum. Strong organizational skills and comfort with front-office tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive attitude—ready to jump into varied tasks as the centre grows. Passion for student success and education. Training & Growth Two weeks of comprehensive onboarding and teaching-method training.
