1. Customer Service & Travel Planning Assist customers in planning domestic and international trips. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel options. Provide information on destinations, travel guidelines, costs, and availability. 2. Booking & Reservations Make bookings for flights, hotels, trains, buses , and tour packages. Ensure accuracy of travel documents (tickets, vouchers, itineraries). 3. Sales & Packages Promote and sell travel packages to customers and corporate clients. Prepare quotations and customized itineraries. 4. Coordination & Follow-Up Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners for confirmations. Follow up with customers before and after travel to ensure satisfaction. 5. Documentation Handle visa documentation and assist clients with application processes (if relevant). Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and payments. Skills Required Good communication (English + Malayalam). Basic knowledge of travel booking platforms. Customer service skills. Ability to handle issues like flight changes, cancellations, and refunds. Attention to detail and time management. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
