The ideal candidate will deliver excellent classroom training while also managing office operations and guiding junior staff. Key Responsibilities Deliver effective IELTS / PTE training (offline + online). Design lesson plans, mock tests, and strategies for student success. Manage office operations at the Cochin branch, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Handle scheduling, student queries, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Mentor, supervise, and guide junior trainers and staff. Track student progress and ensure consistent score improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of proven IELTS / PTE training experience . High English proficiency (spoken & written). Strong leadership and office management skills . Confident speaker with excellent presentation skills . Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related fields (preferred). Key Responsibilities Counsel students through the Genuine Student (GS) process for Australia. Evaluate each applicant’s academic background, financial capacity, and intent to study . Help students prepare clear and accurate GS responses covering personal background, course selection, and future goals. Review and verify supporting documents such as transcripts, work history, and financial proofs. Coordinate with internal teams and universities to ensure GS criteria are properly met. Conduct mock assessments or interviews to evaluate student readiness. Maintain proper records and updates using CRM and Google Workspace tools .
