Key Responsibilities

• Book and issue domestic & international flight tickets using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
• Manage ticket cancellations, reissuances, refunds, and rescheduling.
• Assist customers in finding the best travel options based on their preferences and budget.
• Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and travel restrictions.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Handle group bookings, corporate travel, and special requests.
• Work closely with airlines and travel partners to ensure smooth operations.

Who Can Apply?

✅ Experience: 1-2 years in ticketing/reservations (Freshers with relevant skills can apply).
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or related field (preferred).
✅ Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
