Job Description

As a Senior Ticketing Executive at Explera Vacations Private Limited, your role will involve managing end-to-end ticketing operations using Amadeus GDS. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing international and domestic flight bookings using Amadeus. - Issuing, reissuing, revalidating, and processing refunds as per airline guidelines. - Managing fare searches, fare rules, fare calculations, and seat allocations. - Preparing and verifying PNRs, queues, SSR, OSI, and other GDS functions. - Ensuring accurate issuance of tickets, EMDs, and ancillary services. - Handling customer inquiries professionally with fast turnaround times. - Providing accurate travel information, routing suggestions, and itinerary planning. - Resolving booking issues, flight disruptions, and schedule changes. - Maintaining relationships with corporate and retail clients to support repeat business. - Coordinating with airlines for fare disputes, waiver requests, and ticketing authorizations. - Maintaining proper documentation and following company SOPs. - Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume ticketing environment. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in airline ticketing. - Expert-level knowledge of Amadeus GDS and strong mastery in CRS/GDS systems. - In-depth understanding of airfare rules, ticketing processes, and airline policies. - Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset. - Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines. - Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable. - Certification in Amadeus/GDS will be an added advantage.
