Job Title:

Senior Executive Ticketing / Manager Ticketing (Corporate Travel)

Experience:

7 to 10 Years (Corporate Travel Agencies Only)

Job Summary:

Senior Executive / Manager Ticketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • corporate air ticketing operations

  • Manage bookings, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and amendments

  • Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and airline rules

  • Liaise with airlines, consolidators, and corporate clients for ticketing requirements

  • Manage queues, PNRs, and fare rules efficiently

  • Resolve ticketing issues and escalations within defined TATs

  • Support corporate accounts with accurate pricing and timely ticket issuance

  • Guide and mentor junior ticketing staff (for Manager-level role)

  • Maintain high accuracy, service quality, and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • corporate travel ticketing procedures

  • GDS systems

  • In-depth understanding of airline fare rules, refunds, and reissues

  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills

  • Ability to manage high-volume ticketing with precision

  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (Travel & Tourism preferred)
