  • Independently manage client interactions and provide both

    Domestic

    and

    international

    ticketing services for Corporate / individual clients.
  • Handle booking requests, cancellations, and modifications on time , on their own.
  • Maintain a professional rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service post sales.
  • Being professional, patient, and have a "people-first" attitude

Requirements:

  • Male candidates preferred
  • Strong communication skills (

    English

    & Hindi ) and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus ticketing systems and LCC booking platforms
  • Language: Strong verbal and written English
