Provide accurate and up-to-date information on destinations, cultural insights, and travel logistics. Proactively monitor and manage changes in travel restrictions, advisories, and flight schedules. Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a travel consultant with a proven track record of creating successful travel packages, particularly for European destinations. Proficiency in using online travel booking engines (OTBs) and travel management software. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Ticketing Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Ticketing Executive will be responsible for handling ticketing operations, including booking and issuing tickets for domestic and international travel. Additional responsibilities include providing customers with travel advice, managing ticket cancellations and changes, ensuring compliance with airline regulations, and coordinating with airlines and travel agents. Attention to detail and ensuring customer satisfaction will be key focus areas for this role. Qualifications Proficient in ticketing operations, including booking, issuing, reissuing, cancellations, and amendments Experienced in using airline systems, GDS platforms (such as Amadeus or Sabre), and other ticketing technology Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively assist clients with travel-related inquiries Attention to detail and accuracy in handling ticket-related tasks Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines Knowledge of international travel regulations and visa requirements is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus Prior experience in a similar ticketing or travel operations role is highly desirable
