Designation: Sales Manager- Motor Agency Salary: Up to 5.00 LPA for Sales Manager + Allowances + Best in the industry incentives Locations: Panjim, Mapusa, Margaon, North Goa, South Goa. Role: To handle the overall location business, operations, along with budgeted top line, bottom line and distribution built as per plan. Responsibilities: Distribution build. - Will be responsible for achieving the business targets set for the dealer & agency channel in his assigned location. - Ensure dealers are appointed as per the target set for the location on monthly basis. - Ensure target NOPs per dealer to be delivered on monthly basis. - Ensure right mix of MISP/POSP available in the respective location. Channel activation. - Ensure targeted agency activation is achieved. Business Development. - Ensure target GWP is delivered at respective channel level.
