Senior Ticketing Executive

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Airline Ticketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in airline reservations, fare calculations, GDS systems, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
• Provide fare quotes, itinerary options, and ticket issuance based on customer requirements.
• Manage cancellations, reissues, refunds, and rescheduling of tickets.
• Ensure accuracy in fare construction, ticketing rules, and visa/travel requirements.
• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and in-person.
• Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for bookings and special requests.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in airline ticketing and reservations.
• Proficiency in at least one GDS system (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
• Strong knowledge of fare rules, PNR creation, and ticket reissuance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing desk.
• Familiarity with visa processes and travel documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
