Are you passionate about guiding students toward a brighter future in international medical education? We're looking for a motivated and compassionate Academic Counselor to join our team and assist students aspiring to pursue MBBS programs abroad — especially in destinations like Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan , and more. Responsibilities: Guide prospective students and parents through MBBS abroad opportunities via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations Assess students’ academic background, career goals, and financial situation to recommend the most suitable universities and countries Provide accurate information on admissions, tuition fees, living costs, scholarships, visa procedures, and more Regularly follow up with leads to drive engagement and convert inquiries into successful applications Support students through the documentation and university application process Liaise with overseas university representatives and internal departments for smooth processing Participate in educational events, seminars, and webinars Maintain student records in CRM software and ensure timely updates Achieve enrollment targets on a weekly and monthly basis Stay informed about changes in international education policies and visa requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field Prior experience in study abroad counseling or academic advising preferred Strong communication skills in English – both verbal and written Empathetic, approachable, and genuinely invested in student success Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication platforms Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
