Ticketing Executive

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Airline Ticketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in airline reservations, fare calculations, GDS systems, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle domestic and international flight bookings using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) Provide fare quotes, itinerary options, and ticket issuance based on customer requirements. Manage cancellations, reissues, refunds, and rescheduling of tickets. Ensure accuracy in fare construction, ticketing rules, and visa/travel requirements. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and in-person. Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for bookings and special requests. Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience in airline ticketing and reservations. Proficiency in at least one GDS system (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Strong knowledge of fare rules, PNR creation, and ticket reissuance. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing desk.
