Key Responsibilities:

• Understand B2B travel agent requirements and design accurate, customized quotations
• Work on

  Explera DMC’s internal Extranet system

  to prepare and send quotations to agents
• Revise and update quotes as per client feedback and requirements
• Coordinate with hotels, transport, and activity suppliers for best rates
• Ensure smooth communication and deliver proposals within timelines

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in DMC / travel quotation / contracting
• Strong English communication and writing skills
• Ability to understand B2B client needs and translate them into effective travel solutions
• Knowledge of Thailand destinations preferred
• Fast learner with attention to detail
