The Sales Officer will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our range of Architectural Hardware products. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence. Identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and generate new leads through various channels. Understand client needs and recommend suitable Architectural Hardware products to meet their requirements. Provide product demonstrations and technical information to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, both in-person and virtually. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the company's reach. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the hardware industry. Proven track record of at least 1 years in B2B sales, preferably in the architectural hardware industry. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with architectural hardware products and their applications is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
