Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. The Sales Officer will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our range of Architectural Hardware products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and generate new leads through various channels.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable Architectural Hardware products to meet their requirements.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical information to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, both in-person and virtually.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the company's reach.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the hardware industry.
• Proven track record of at least 1 years in B2B sales, preferably in the architectural hardware industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with architectural hardware products and their applications is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Salary:

• Salary Range: INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 (plus Incentives)
