Finance Executive

Job Summary
Required finance and accounting executive for an IT company. Candidate should have Finance and accounts experience and should be proficient in Tally.

Responsibilities and Duties
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable entries
• Reconciliation of the concerned ledger
• GST payments filing
• Process all statutory payments (ESI, PF, GST, TDS etc.) and file payroll documents
• TDS, Professional Tax and PF filing
• Expense management
• Processing transactions, issuing cheques, issuing vouchers, cash and updating book of accounts, Tally, budgets etc.
• Preparing financial reports
• Preparing purchase orders
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Assisting with audits
• Fact checks and resolving discrepancies
• Bank and cash reconciliation

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 1 - 4 years of accounting experience as accounting assistant or accounting executive
• Knowledge of basic book keeping procedures
• Familiarity with Finance regulations
• Hands on experience with Tally
• Bachelors/Masters in Accounting or related fields

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
