This is a remote position. Maintain Sales and Purchase accounting Prepare and maintain Estimates, Sales Orders, Invoices Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable Processing payroll and maintaining required compliances Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions Monitor cash-flow of the organisation by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities and reporting gaps to the management Keep accurate records of all daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual transactions Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities Reconcile bank accounts, coordinate and complete annual audits Review financial reports/support as necessary Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions Maintain statutory compliances up to date Requirements Person Profile Bachelors / Masters in commerce with a strong flair for finance and accountong 3+ years of accounting and finance experience Working experience in Accounting Software, preferably Zoho Books Extensive knowledge of Indian Tax and other applicable Laws Advanced computer skills in accounting software and databases Well-versed with advanced analytic techniques Ability to pay thorough attention to details in all areas of engagement Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience with SaaS companies preferred Skills Accounting Data management Cash flow management Financial reporting Mathematical ability Analytical ability Attention to details Tech savvy Accounting software
