About Role:

Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and present

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure full

  statutory and tax compliance

  (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.).
• Drive

  budgeting, forecasting

  , and financial planning processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Manage

  cash flow

  , working capital, and fund flow to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Maintain and reconcile

  general ledger accounts

  and oversee accurate financial entries.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits.
• Design and implement

  internal financial controls

  , ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and government authorities for audits, funding, or regulatory matters.
• Generate detailed

  MIS reports

  and dashboards with financial analysis and strategic insights.
• Support management in

Qualification & Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

  and/or

  MBA in Finance

  .
• Experience in

  financial reporting, audit, or business finance

  roles.
• Strong grasp of

  Indian Accounting Standards, taxation laws

  , and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in accounting tools (e.g.,

  Tally, SAP, QuickBooks

  ) and

  advanced Excel

  .
• Excellent

  analytical thinking

  , financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and

  stakeholder communication

  skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a

  fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  .
• Background in industries such as

  manufacturing, IT services, or FMCG

  is advantageous.
