Job Description

Qualification & Experience

  1. B.Com / MBA / CA Inter

  2. 35 years of experience

    in accounting and finance
  3. Experience in an accounting firm will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage

    end-to-end accounting operations

    including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
  2. Handle

    sales billing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing

    , ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Maintain records of

    payables, receivables, payroll, purchase orders, and expenditure

    .
  4. Conduct

    vendor and customer reconciliations

    , verifying entries and system-generated reports.
  5. Ensure

    timely collections

    , follow up on overdue payments, and share

    ageing MIS reports

    with business teams.
  6. Maintain an

    invoice tracker

    and historical data for budgeting and cash flow management.
  7. Prepare and review

    monthly MIS reports

    and

    Trial Balance (TB)

    for accurate and timely book closure.
  8. Ensure correct accounting for

    prepaid, accrued, CapEx, and OpEx

    items with proper schedules.
  9. Support

    monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

    , including audit readiness and documentation.
  10. Perform

    TDS & GST reconciliations, filings, and compliance reporting

    .
  11. Prepare and manage documentation for

    banking, vendor empanelment, and customer onboarding

    .
  12. Process and upload payments on

    banking and digital platforms

    .
  13. Identify and implement

    process improvements

    to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  14. Provide data for internal and external

    audit requirements

    .
  15. Maintain strong vendor and customer relationships for timely resolution of reconciliation or payment issues.

Required Skills

  1. Strong understanding of

    accounting principles

  2. Proficiency in

    Tally

  3. Excellent skills in

    MS Excel and MS Office
