About Role: We are hiring a Finance Executive with strong expertise in financial management, reporting, and compliance to support our evolving finance operations. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or hold an MBA in Finance , bringing hands-on experience in accounting, budgeting, and statutory compliance. This role will contribute directly to financial governance, planning, and strategic decision-making within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Ensure full statutory and tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.). Drive budgeting, forecasting , and financial planning processes in collaboration with key stakeholders. Manage cash flow , working capital, and fund flow to ensure smooth financial operations. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and oversee accurate financial entries. Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits. Design and implement internal financial controls , ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and government authorities for audits, funding, or regulatory matters. Generate detailed MIS reports and dashboards with financial analysis and strategic insights. Support management in cost control , financial modeling , and investment planning . Qualification & Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or MBA in Finance . Experience in financial reporting, audit, or business finance roles. Strong grasp of Indian Accounting Standards, taxation laws , and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in accounting tools (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks ) and advanced Excel . Excellent analytical thinking , financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment . Background in industries such as manufacturing, IT services, or FMCG is advantageous. Bachelor’s in Business Administration / Computer Science / related field . ≥4 years hands-on cloud BD/sales with exposure to Microsoft and/or Google Cloud and/or SAP . Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. Track record managing global, remote pursuits and complex enterprise deals. Nice-to-have MBA / Master’s in Finance or Business . Cloud certifications (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, SAP). Familiarity with ISD/ATU/STU motions , marketplaces, and partner incentive mechanics.
