Job Title: Solution Architect (Consultant)

Location: Nagpur (Hybrid)

Experience Level: Senior

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    solution architecture and design

    for application migration and modernization projects across on-premises and cloud environments (primarily Microsoft Azure).
  • Assess existing application portfolios, identify modernization opportunities, and define

    migration and refactoring strategies

    (e.g., rehost, replatform, refactor).
  • Architect solutions using

    Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, API Management, Logic Apps

    , and

    Azure SQL / Cosmos DB

    .
  • Guide clients through

    cloud adoption frameworks

    and

    modernization journeys

    leveraging Microsoft best practices (CAF, Well-Architected Framework).
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to establish

    CI/CD pipelines

    using

    Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions

    .
  • Advise on

    security, compliance, scalability, and cost optimization

    for Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Provide

    technical leadership and consulting

    throughout project lifecycles—from assessment and design through delivery and transition.
  • Support

    pre-sales and proposal development

    , including architecture blueprints, cost estimation, and technical presentations.
  • Mentor technical teams and promote

    modern engineering practices

    such as microservices, containerization, and serverless architectures.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in

    application architecture, modernization, or solution consulting

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    Microsoft Azure

    cloud architecture, particularly

    migration and modernization of enterprise applications

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    cloud-native patterns

    ,

    containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

    , and

    microservices design

    .
  • Experience with

    Azure DevOps

    ,

    ARM/Bicep/Terraform

    , and

    infrastructure automation

    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft certifications such as

    Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

    or

    Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)

    are strongly preferred.
