Are you a recent graduate with a strong aptitude for numbers, financial discipline, and the drive to grow in a fast-scaling environment? Aerosight Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our growing team as we expand across India’s drone technology sector.

This role goes beyond routine finance operations. You will be closely involved in the company’s core financial activities, including monitoring cash flows, supporting budgeting and forecasting, managing vendor payments, and assisting in the implementation of efficient financial systems. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial processes and support the company’s growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

Manage daily financial operations including cash flow tracking, accounting entries, and reconciliations.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities and analyze variances for management review.
Ensure statutory compliance including GST filings, invoicing accuracy, and audit documentation.
Handle vendor coordination, payment processing, and maintain internal financial controls.
Prepare MIS reports, basic financial statements, and support internal and investor reporting.
Take ownership of improving financial processes and collaborate with teams on project-level financial tracking.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration (B.Com/BBA preferred).
Basic knowledge of Tally, Power BI or similar software is a plus.
Comfortable working on Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
Strong ethics, reliability, and a learning mindset.
