Finance Associate

Money matters and all money matters should be handled with utmost care. We are looking for a Fin-Whizz who shall be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, possess knowledge of GST and TDS regulations, and demonstrate exceptional financial management skills. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling various accounting responsibilities and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations & Prepare and file GST returns on a timely basis.
• Stay updated on changes in GST laws and implement necessary adjustments.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions & reconciliations
• Generate periodic financial reports for management review.
• Maintain organised and comprehensive financial documentation.
• Monitor changes in accounting and tax regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide financial advice and support to management
• Handle customer billing & payment issues.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance/CA Inter, accounting, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience as an Accounts Executive or a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Thorough knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
• Familiarity with accounting software / TDS Software and ERP systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
