Finance and Accounting Manager

As an Accounts & Finance Manager at Parth Developer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the entire accounts and finance function to ensure accurate financial reporting, strategic financial planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Your role will involve supporting business growth and profitability objectives of the real estate development company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop comprehensive financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives and market conditions in the real estate sector. - Conduct detailed financial analysis of projects, cash flow projections, and profitability assessments to support strategic decision-making by senior management. - Monitor key financial metrics, variances, and performance indicators to provide strategic recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. - Lead financial due diligence for new projects, joint ventures, and business expansion opportunities ensuring sound financial evaluation and risk assessment. - Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of financial statements, management reports, and statutory filings in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Oversee preparation of annual reports, audit coordination, and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for compliance matters. - Manage organization's treasury functions including cash flow optimization, banking relationships, and investment strategies to ensure adequate liquidity for operations. - Oversee working capital management, credit policies, and collection strategies to optimize cash conversion cycles and minimize financial risks. - Lead and mentor finance and accounts teams providing strategic direction, professional development opportunities, and performance management for optimal productivity. - Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks through comprehensive risk management frameworks. - Establish and monitor internal control systems, segregation of duties, and authorization matrices to prevent fraud and ensure financial security. **Qualifications Required:** - CA/CMA/MBA Finance with 12+ years of experience - Deep understanding of real estate accounting, project finance, taxation, regulatory compliance, financial planning, risk management, corporate governance This role requires advanced skills in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), financial modeling, data analysis, MIS reporting, taxation software, banking operations, and treasury management.
