Finance & Accounting Manager - Singapore Experience Required (Remote – India)

The Finance & Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including managing journals, accounts receivable/payable, collections, reconciliations, and payroll. The role also involves ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preparing reports and analyses for senior management, and supporting audits and fiscal year-end activities. This position is fully remote, supporting operations from India while aligning with Singapore-based regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions: accounts payable, receivables, collections, cash receipts, payroll, and credit card transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end journal entries and reconciliations across revenue, expenses, payroll allocations, and balance sheet items.
• Oversee revenue and expense recognition in compliance with accounting principles.
• Support monthly financial reporting and analysis for leadership.
• Assist with fiscal year-end close activities and liaise with external auditors.
• Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and Singapore financial regulations.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Manage select finance-related administrative activities (e.g., tax registrations).
• Perform additional duties as required to meet organizational needs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 3-5 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in IT, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses is preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Full-time availability and ability to collaborate with international teams.
