Job Description

Supply Chain Manager – Medical Devices (Remote | India)


Overview

Supply Chain Manager


streamlining operations, managing surgical sets and inventory, building strong supplier relationships, and leading process improvement initiatives


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team, aligning activities with business goals
  • Oversee inventory management, supplier coordination, and surgical set tracking
  • Support ERP system selection, implementation, and optimization
  • Contribute to SIOP/S&OP planning to align supply chain with commercial objectives
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement and timely delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma practices
  • Lead projects for new product introductions and process improvements


What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience

    in supply chain management (medical device industry preferred)
  • Strong

    leadership and team management

    experience
  • Proven track record with

    ERP systems

    (implementation or optimization)
  • Familiarity with

    SIOP/S&OP processes

  • Expertise in

    vendor management, process optimization, and project management

  • Lean / Six Sigma knowledge preferred
