Role & Responsibilities - F&A Manager / Assistant Manager / Executive
- Lead full-cycle accounting operations: general ledger maintenance, month-end close, journal entries and reconciliations to ensure accurate financials and timely reporting.
- Prepare and deliver regular MIS and management reports—monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow forecasts, variance analysis and KPI dashboards for senior stakeholders.
- Manage statutory compliance: GST, TDS and other tax filings; coordinate with external auditors and support statutory/internal audit processes.
- Operate and optimise ERP bookkeeping (SAP/Oracle/Tally): maintain chart of accounts, implement controls and streamline transaction flows.
- Drive automation and data-driven reporting: build Excel models, macros and Power BI dashboards to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making cadence.

Ø To prepare analytical reports/dashboards/presentations on the below financial key data points: Sales, Margins, Expenses & Working Capital etc.Ø Perform tasks related to financial budgeting & future projections.
Job Specifications
- Semi Qualified CA or CMA with total experience of 2+ years.
- Any industry is fine but the candidate should have IND AS experience and knowledge.
- Must have the analytical skillset to prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for the top management.
- Should be proficient in Advanced Excel.
Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in Financial Reporting and MIS Reporting for mid-to-large organizations.
- Proven ownership of Month-end Close processes and Bank Reconciliation routines.
- Hands-on experience with GST Compliance and TDS Compliance in India.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros) and strong data handling capability.
- Practical experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) and prior exposure to ERP configuration or rollouts.
- Experience building dashboards/visualisation using Power BI or similar tools to automate MIS delivery.
