Finance & Accounts Head

The Accounts Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts and finance function of the organization. This includes managing financial planning, budgeting, accounting operations, audits, and statutory compliance. The role requires strategic financial management, leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to ensure financial integrity and efficiency across all projects and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the entire accounts department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts for multiple projects.
• Oversee all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory laws.
• Coordinate and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities for audits, funding, and compliance matters.
• Review and approve project-related financial transactions, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data to support management in decision-making and cost optimization.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls, accounting systems, and procedures.
• Guide and mentor the accounts team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with management and project heads to align financial planning with business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (MBA Finance preferred).
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Tally / ERP systems, accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple projects.
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
