Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in planning, designing, and managing civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, project management experience, and the ability to oversee the execution of complex infrastructure and construction projects in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and manage civil engineering projects such as roads, drainage systems, buildings, and other infrastructure.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and technical assessments.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure work is performed as per project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets, and prepare regular status reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national construction and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other engineers in the project development phase.
• Review and approve technical documentation and reports.
• Perform quality control and risk management on-site and off-site.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in civil engineering or related fields.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent (preferred or required, depending on region).

Work Environment:

• Office-based work with frequent site visits.
• May require travel to project locations.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and construction environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
