As a Civil - Site Engineer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of construction projects, supervising crew members, ensuring safety standards, and compiling reports for stakeholders. Your strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure will be key in meeting project deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Organizing materials and maintaining site safety and cleanliness - Preparing cost estimates and ensuring availability of necessary materials and tools - Providing technical advice and suggestions for project improvement - Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as needed - Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors - Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans - Creating work schedules and communicating adjustments to crew members and clients - Compiling reports, gathering data, and delivering presentations to stakeholders - Delegating tasks, scheduling meetings, and conducting training sessions - Ensuring quality assurance and providing feedback to the team **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field - 2 to 10 years of experience in a similar role - Additional certificates or licenses may be necessary - Proficiency in engineering, construction, and site management - Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills - Ability to apply logical and critical thinking to site operations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to learn and adapt - Educational Qualification: B. E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering The company offers a competitive salary ranging from 2.50 Lacs to 5.50 Lacs per annum, with no bar for the right candidates.
