Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

You are urgently required to join our organization as a Civil Engineer (Site). As a Civil - site engineer, your role will involve managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, ensuring quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for stakeholders. You should possess strong analytical and logical thinking skills and demonstrate a superb work ethic under pressure. **Key Responsibilities:** - Organizing materials and maintaining site safety and cleanliness. - Preparing cost estimates, ensuring availability of appropriate materials and tools. - Providing technical advice and suggesting improvements for projects. - Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment when necessary. - Negotiating with suppliers and vendors for optimal contracts. - Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans. - Drawing up work schedules, communicating adjustments to crew and clients. - Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to stakeholders. - Delegating tasks, scheduling meetings, and training sessions as needed. - Ensuring quality assurance and providing feedback to the team. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar field. - Relevant experience in a similar role. - Additional certificates or licenses may be necessary. - Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and site management. - Strong leadership, organizational, and project/site management skills. - Ability to apply logical and critical thinking to site operations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. - Qualification: B. E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering. The salary for the position ranges from 2.50 Lacs to 5.50 Lacs per annum, with no bar for the right candidates.
