Job Title: Civil Engineer – Retail Projects

Job Summary:

The Civil Engineer will oversee and manage all civil and structural aspects of retail store projects—from site evaluation, design coordination, and cost estimation to execution and handover. The role involves close collaboration with architects, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality completion of retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor civil and interior works for new store setups, renovations, and expansions.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for proposed retail locations.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
• Liaise with architects, MEP consultants, and local authorities for approvals and compliance.
• Track project progress, budget utilization, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely completion of civil works in alignment with store launch timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.
• Identify risks, delays, and quality issues, and propose corrective measures.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of retail fit-outs, interiors, and civil construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.
• Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of safety norms and statutory compliance.

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 6–8 years of experience in civil and interior works, preferably in retail or commercial fit-out projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
