Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee civil construction projects including roads, buildings, and infrastructure works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and project specifications.
• Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, and construction schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and guide project teams to maintain engineering standards.
• Review and approve drawings, designs, materials, and technical documents.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, government regulations, and industry standards.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Junior-level role).
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and civil engineering standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or other relevant engineering software.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work across Pan India project locations.
